How do I join the Rewards Program?
Anyone with an existing MÁDARA account is automatically enrolled, while new customers will need to create an account in order to join.
How do I earn points?
Receive 3% of your order amount (excluding gift cards and delivery fees) back in points every time you shop with us online. Points are rounded up to the nearest whole number, for example, an order worth 125$ will earn you 4 points.
How much are my points worth?
One point equals 1 USD.
Can I redeem points on any products?
You can redeem your points on any MÁDARA products, except for gift cards.
Where can I see my points?
You can check your points balance anytime by signing into your personal account and heading to the Rewards Program page.
Do my points ever expire?
Your earned points won’t expire.
If I return products that I earned points for, do I get to the keep the points?
If you return items, the points associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from your total points.
Do I get points for my MÁDARA purchases made at other retailers?
Unfortunately no. Members will not receive points from purchases made at retailers other than madaracosmetics.com.
How does my birthday gift work?
Let us know your birthday here and receive a special 30% discount from us on your birthday week.
We’ll send your unique dicount code to the email address associated with your MÁDARA account. The discount can't be used to purchase gift cards and doesn’t work with other discount codes or promotions.
